YOUR MISSION This position supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand at our Carlsbad, CA office
Primary day-to-day contact with external agency partners, and internal marketing team members.
Ensure collaboration and alignment with external agencies, brand managers, and design team.
Manage Go-To-Market project workflow for both COBRA and PUMA Golf including project prioritization, resource allocations, and project timelines/deadlines to ensure all projects are delivered on-time.
Facilitate the collection and distribution of marketing assets for key initiatives and launches.
Refine and establish best practice creative workflow and processes within area of responsibility.
Assist with status meetings as needed for both COBRA and PUMA Golf. Also manage monthly calls with global marketing team
Identify project life cycles and schedules, to develop and continually manage project timelines.
Obtain and effectively communicate project status and next steps daily, in alignment with project plan and timeline.
Oversee multiple channels of work simultaneously, through the use of the organizations workflow tools.
Proactively identify and develop solutions for specific process issues or potential road blocks as they arise.
Resolve and escalate project issues in a timely fashion.
Create and maintain project-reporting documents on an on-going basis.
Create and maintain project calendar and key Go-To-Market updates
Assist with planning and execution of photoshoots for both COBRA and PUMA Golf as needed.


YOUR TALENT Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
2-3 years project management experience within an in-house creative or agency, retail background is a plus.
Expert communication, organizational, written, and verbal skills.
Works well under pressure with proven ability to deliver work on schedule.
Strong management skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects and resources simultaneously.
Understanding of the creative workflow and process (experience in design and/or production is a plus)
Ability to communicate and collaborate with creative talent.
Experience managing internal workflow of multidisciplinary campaigns.
Strong knowledge and experience with relevant project management and tools
Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive.
