YOUR MISSIONResponsible for developing cohesive and holistic strategies across performance marketing channels with the full funnel in mind, and working with external agencies and internal teams to implement tactics that will drive performance and achieve growth goals
Act as the subject matter expert in performance marketing, responsible for staying ahead of industry trends and testing new ideas that will give us the competitive edge
Oversee the budgets and reporting for all SEO and SEM channels to ensure we are hitting monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for new customer acquisition and growth goals
Oversee the channel level SEM budget, determining the optimal spend and resource allocations that align with business targets, customer behavior and seasonality
Develop go-to-market strategies for key product launches by leveraging a full funnel approach to drive new customer acquisition and sell through
Manage and analyze key performance metrics, draw conclusions from data and create dashboards with actionable insights for presentation to senior leadership team
Manage the creative process for the performance marketing channels to ensure alignment with brand marketing and achieve performance goals
Collaborate regularly with all Marketing Managers to ensure cohesive brand vision and holistic strategy
Partner with PUMA North America eCommerce Merchandising and Operations team to manage the consumer experience and optimize plans.
Obsess about and utilize consumer, site and commercial data to develop consumer segments, engagement strategies and new business opportunities
Coach and develop a team to support on-going performance marketing improvements and projects


YOUR TALENT7+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing channels
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Experience building full funnel go-to-market strategies for brand and product launch activations
Paid media expertise a must, with broad understanding of performance marketing channels
Proven Experience in Google Ecosystem, Affiliate network, SEO, FB ecosystem with successfully executed campaigns.
Proven experience and competence with advertising and reporting platforms platforms- Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads. Facebook Business Manager, Pinterest, Snapchat Business Account, Sprinkler, Google Merchant Center
Ideally holds Google Ads Fundamentals, Search Advertising and Shopping Advertising certificates
Google Analytics expert ideally GAIQ certified, Adobe Analytics a plus
Proficiency in SEO tools and keyword reporing platforms- Google Search Console, BrightEdge, SEM Rush, Ahrefs
Demonstrated ability to toggle between technical and business requirements to drive objectives and capabilities.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences, developing plans to target and engage to motivate purchase
Passion for crunching numbers and data visualization advanced Excel skills is a plus
Fashion/Lifestyle/Footwear retail/brand experience considered a plus.
Ability to think big picture and manage day-to-day projects concurrently
Analytical thought leadership with strong financial and business acumen
Ability to take complex data and detail and present executive summaries and recommendations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Comfort presenting to all levels of management.
Strong written, oral and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and QA capabilities.
