YOUR MISSIONDevelop, execute and track marketing strategies and KPIs to drive awareness of the brand and achieve sales targets
Manage and track budgets and forecasts to support annual and seasonal plans to deliver our sales and financial targets for each wholesale partner
Work closely with the wholesale partners marketing teams to maximize collaborations and identify new opportunities for the brand
Create advertising/ media strategy by utilizing all new and existing levers within the Amazon platform- Sponsored Brands Ads, DSP, AMG, etc. Familiarity and experience executing these different campaign types preferred.
Work closely with North America marketing team, Wholesale Sales team and PNA Merchandising teams on product launch planning, strategy and execution
Manage external marketing agencies, setting and communicating goals, and ensuring successful execution of timelines and targets.
Optimize our brand store and work closely with our internal creative agency to brief in content needs to support our brand stores and product pages- copy, images, SEO optimizations, A+ content
Identify and implement post purchase strategies to grow customer lifetime value, improve customer satisfaction and build brand reputation
Implement a test and learn culture with our partners internally and externally to identify insights that can be leveraged across the organization and provide actionable next steps
Analyze and leverage customer insights and trends from Amazon Retail Analytics consumer Behavior Dashboard tools to identify opportunities for incremental growth
Manage brand registry trademark partnership with Amazon
Manage claims and reach out to Amazon Support team and serve as internal and external point person to resolve any challenges or issues that may arise
YOUR TALENT3-5 years of Amazon marketing experience- minimum of 2 years in a 1P partnership
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Fashion/Lifestyle/Footwear retail/brand experience considered a plus.
Demonstrated ability creating sell in tools and go-to-market account strategies
Proven experience with Sponsored Brands Ads, AMG, DSP and other paid marketing levers needed to drive brand visibility and sell through
Proficiency in SEO, content strategies and building product pages
Analytical thought leader who is comfortable working with large amounts of sales and marketing data to create actionable insights
Resourceful and creative leader who is pro-active in finding solutions and piloting new ideas
Detail oriented and organized with ability to deliver projects on time and manage deadlines
Comfort speaking and presenting to all levels of management.
Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
High energy with a roll-up your sleeves attitude
