YOUR MISSIONManage the Internship Program including posting positions, building relationships with relevant universities, screening applicants, and working with managers to identify candidates
Maintain the ongoing MBA Program and existing relationships with universities
Partner with the Junior People & Organization Partner to develop an Apprenticeship Program
Maintain the New Employee Orientation schedule, meeting invites, and presentation
Act as a key member of the New Employee Orientation facilitation team
Complete verbal and written employment verification requests
Support the Connection & Attraction Team with job postings and scheduling interviews
Act as liaison to provide ongoing support to the PUMA North America, People & Organization Team in the areas of completing verbal and written employment verification requests, processing all background checks for internal and external candidates, and distributing daily HR mail
Provide assistance in department objectives and projects to improve processes, encourage use of best practices, and meet departmental goals
Other duties include but are not limited to invoice processing, filing, copying, scheduling meetings, ordering office supplies, creating presentations, and any other administrative duties as assigned
In mid-2021, the PUMA North America Regional Corporate Headquarters will be moving to a new office located in Somerville, MA. All positions currently located at the Westford office, as well as at our International Boston office, will make this transition



YOUR TALENT1-2 years administrative experience or bachelor's degree in related field
Must be a self-starter with proven ability to work independently
Proficiency in effective communication both verbal and written
Must have proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and assignments in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality in daily operations and conduct job duties with integrity and high professional standards and manner
Proficient in MS Office Suite and web-based application navigation
HRIS and Outlook experience helpful but not required
