Job Description
YOUR MISSIONThis position supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand in Carlsbad, CA
Manage VR Link / B2B / Order Book & Allocations / National Account Support / Territory Sales Rep Team
VR Link ensure programs / pricing / catalogs are up to date, and sync with Jesta
B2B oversee products and pricing, and ensure that orders are flowing correctly into Jesta
National Accounts oversee inside National Account team providing best in class service. Maintain order book, custom order timing, launch deliveries, samples, programs, pricing, etc.
TSR Management supervise inside Territory Sales Representative group. Maintain order books, and ensure team is connected to the outside sales reps, Premier Accounts, and internal CS / Custom / Marketing teams.
Inside Sales manage outbound sales calls and sales targets for TSR group
Manage all US Sales Budgets (Field and Key Account)
Work with R&D / Marketing on timing of Club launches
Sales Operations voice in Master Calendar and future product launch meetings
Assist in developing Seasonal Re-Position Plans
Develop / Manage Sales Programs / Analysis of performance by Level / Channel
Oversee MAP Policy coordination


YOUR TALENT7+ years Sales / Operations management experience working for a large organization, preferably in the footwear, apparel or sporting goods industry
Bachelors degree in Business preferred
Must have strong communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and growing environment
Some travel required.
