About the job
YOUR MISSIONDefine and develop performance social strategies and build and optimize revenue focused, ecommerce campaigns for the US and Canada via Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest that align with key objectives and goals
Work with our Data and Marketing teams to analyze and leverage customer insights and online behaviors to enhance shopping experience and report analysis and metrics to Senior Ecommerce Manager and Ecommerce Director
Implement a test and learn culture with our Ecommerce team that allows the team to constantly find new ways to optimize campaign performance and continuously refine targeted strategies
Collaborate with the Communications and Internal Creative Agency teams to plan and brief creative for respective campaigns
Work closely with the PNA Brand media team to plan full-funnel integrated media campaigns that maintain brand vision and a cohesive approach both regionally and globally
Serve as day-to-day contact with social media platforms to ensure the PUMA brand stays concurrent with all betas, initiatives, and opportunities which will offer competitive advantages
YOUR TALENT5+ years of Social Media Ads experience
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Industry experience is a plus
Experience with various social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok
Experience working with large amounts of marketing data to discern and create actionable insights
