About the job
YOUR MISSIONResponsible for the representation and sale of PUMA footwear products with Key Accounts based upon brand priorities for each account while managing, developing, and building upon sustainable and profitable businesses. Own the full PUMA footwear store business model on each respective Internet channel retailer including Internet accounts: Amazon, Zappos, ZEN, WIT Training, 6PM, and Zulily.
Manage and direct selling of footwear for the PUMA Internet channel national account base and drive formalized reporting and analysis of all retailer metrics, trends, insights-sales, inventory, gross margin, customer data-via vendor wholesale portals
Proactive account management including sales analysis, inventory models and rates of sale, identify opportunities to improve existing business, secure new business opportunities through monitoring of competitive activities/performance; quickly address business challenges with well-thought out solutions
Work in close partnership with all cross functional teams to provide the highest level of customer happy service and product expertise from sell-in to sell-thru, driven by PUMA strategic goals
Manage and prepare seasonal footwear product sell-in presentations and corresponding product detail templates
Drive Best-In-Class User Experience on the PUMA footwear store through key partnerships
Collaborate with cross functional teams on retailer specific x PUMA marketing key initiatives to drive sales and maximize ROI
Showroom product set up, maintenance, process retailer product sample requests/shipments
YOUR TALENTBachelors degree with concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, Sales
6+ years footwear, apparel, accessories sales, retail, buying, merchandising or planning experience
Credible knowledge and experience with US Internet channel
Ecommerce/Amazon experience and working in Amazon Vendor Central/Internet channel vendor wholesale portals is a plus.
Understanding of retailers financial metrics: sales, inventory, turn, GM$
Working knowledge of national competitive landscape
Strong analytical and planning skills
