YOUR MISSIONThis position supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand
The UX/UI Designer will fulfill the usability and creative design responsibilities for multiple digital and ecommerce projects.
Be passionate about user experience, developing creative solutions that drive revenue, and a pragmatic designer that can blend the mix of storytelling and sales conversions.
Have a user-centered design approach, think mobile first, and have experience in bringing premium consumer goods to life in a digital world.
Work closely in collaboration with our brand marketing leads and creative teams, and will spearhead the UX with a heavy focus on increasing traffic and conversion.
Design and deliver outcomes that elegantly and intuitively answers the needs of our ecommerce business that drive increased revenue.
Serve as a User Experience evangelist across the organization.
Help translate business requirements and interaction design needs into user experiences that are engaging, intuitive and valuable.
Partner with Product and Marketing teams to create strategies and assets for all mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences, while maintaining alignment on brand and design standards.
Have a deep appreciation and talent for generating simple solutions to complex problems.


YOUR TALENTMinimum 2+ years UX and UI experience.
An understanding of HTML and CSS frameworks - Bootstrap 4 and 5 preferred.
Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, new digital platforms and competitive landscape.
Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to drive a user-centered design approach.
Passion for great design, purposeful aesthetic sense, an eye for detail and a demonstrated understanding of typography, color, layout.
Be high energy, have a positive attitude and the drive to constantly be improving the Cobra and PUMA Golf online experience.
Detail oriented with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last minute requests and adapt to changes in business trends.
Experience working on responsive web sites as well as mobile apps.
Understanding of iOS and Android (mobile) design guidelines.
Aptitude for communicating design ideas persuasively and concisely throughout the organization.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and various tools for creating prototypes and designs.
Magento 2.0 and Shopify Plus experience a plus.
