YOUR MISSIONDevelop and support ourdigitalbusiness strategy inconjunction withour regional and global eCommerce leadership teamtodrive new mobile app consumer experience.Partner with eCommerceandMarketingteamstoestablishand delivercommercial, user and conversion goals.Candidateswill work across the organization toensurewecreatea competitive advantage in this spaceandalignon the needs of thebusiness.He/she willsupport the vision for the app, our product roadmap, and data collection strategy.
Collaborate with global and local leadership to develop vision and strategy for Mobile APP, aligned to strategic objectives

Responsible for creating transparency anddevelopingalignment with mobile app project as regional liaison.

Work closely with internalbusinesspartners toidentifyand evaluatefutureopportunitiesto pursue exceeding consumer expectations

Create business and financial models and partner with internal subject matters experts whererequiredto supportnew conceptsandbusiness value.

Work cross-functionalitytoconduct research on user experience toidentifynew opportunities.

Partner with analytics team to develop, measure and distribute KPIs and unlock data driven insightand drive recommendations to maximize business potential.

Useconsumer,marketand competitiveinsights tostay current with trends and business developments

Ability to use strategic vision to define a customer value proposition and communicate it to various stakeholders

Ability tooperatein areas of uncertainty and ambiguity andprovidesolid recommendations.



YOUR TALENTBachelors degree and 5+ years ofexperience working on mobile app

Experience launching mobile application products in retail,brand,or related industry.

Proven prior knowledge and experience successfully delivering / improving mobile apps.

Understanding agile software development process.

Experience creating, launching, and communicating customer experience and product strategies.

Demonstrated financialacumenof commercial plans from a budgeting and forecasting perspective

Leverage data driven analysis to drive roadmap development and prioritization.

Technical understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android)

Hands-on attitude and flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment isa must.
