Job Description

Frankies Bikinis seeks a well qualified Customer Service Team Leader for our rapidly growing swimwear line. We have a fun, yet thoughtful working environment. You will lead a small but efficient service team and assist us with servicing our expanding E-Commerce customer base. You will have a voice in development of all areas of our Customer Service Department, and you must be familiar with a variety of Customer Service concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Inspire and motivate other team members to grow and improve their CS skills
Work with Operations Manager to simplify and improve CS systems
Work with Brand Manager to develop brand service language
Conduct regular team member training sessions to ensure service standards are met
Provide styling assistance to customers and drive sales via online chat with customers
Answer inbound customer calls
Review and respond to customer emails
Respond to chat requests
Ensure customer retention, satisfaction, and positive shopping experience
Investigate high-risk orders and prepare chargeback reports
Process returns and exchanges; analyze return data and compile monthly reports

Job Requirements

Our perfect candidate has at least 5 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a position of some responsibility. Experience with E-com customers in the apparel space is a major plus.

Patience and willingness to be helpful and accommodating
Problem-solving and resolution
Pleasant phone manner
Excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to compose responsive & helpful emails and chat sessions
General software and computer skills; Must be Excel proficient - Zen-desk Chat, Returnly, Shopify, ApparelMagic a big plus
