General Summary
Seeking a strong Senior Designer for athleisure brand Spiritual Gangster who will design and oversea the entire development process of the Women’s collection. Position will be hybrid model reporting both in office and remote weekly.

Essential Job Functions
•Responsible for the design and execution of women’s lifestyle collection (knits, fleece, sweaters), sleep, accessories, kids, and capsule collaborations
•Research trends/concepts/fabrics and put together design boards for Women’s collection and accessories and work in tandem with direction from VP of Design
•Collaborate with Graphic Designer to determine seasonal graphic direction and create basic art or direction of art to pass to Graphic Designer to create
•Design into seasonal SKU plan and price buckets as determined by VP of Design and M&D Director following key direction inspiration from VP of Design
•Work in partnership with Assistant Designer on seasonal techpack creation in PLM
•Support Assistant Designer with maintaining all seasonal collateral and check over work for accuracy and adhere to deadlines
•Partner with PD and VP of Design to give fabric, trim, and lab dip comments
•Participate in weekly status calls with vendors
•Attend all fittings (2x a week in person) to make sure design intention and brand identity is maintained
•Present SMS at sales meeting and provide SMS comments for internal review & support assistant designer in implementing updates for bulk vendor handover
