With over 20 years of successful sell-through and 500+ current retailers, our line of iconic St. Christophers is a great addition for any sales rep...but we aren’t looking for just any sales rep. This position has great potential for future growth and we’re looking for someone who will think of themselves as a part of our brand, not just a rep for it. There’s even possibility for the opportunity to expand into a full-time position- half on the road and half in-house (CA). The ideal candidate eats sleeps and breathes this industry and has a social media account that aligns with our brand so that we can include you in our social presence to provide added exposure. Our commission rates are competitive and we have an enticing bonus structure- but more than anything we are a crew of like-minded, driven people looking to expand our small team. Available Territories //
• California
• Mid-atlantic
• Multiple territories in Florida
Responsibilities //
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly basis
• Communicate regularly with sales manager about territory performance, events, feedback, etc.
• Evaluate, research, and open new accounts within territory for financial growth and market strength
• Visit accounts regularly to check inventory and solicit purchase orders
• Educate and inform accounts on the brand, news, events, social campaigns, contests, etc.
• Provide opinions + weigh in on new product ideas for accounts
• Take ownership of territory and give feedback on how to improve & streamline processes
• Manage our 70+ retailer doors in the SD/OC territory including Jacks, SD Boardshop, Hobie, Becker, SD Surf Co, Spyder, Hansens, and South Coast Surf
