About the job
$15/hr + annual commission/bonuses.
Will work closely with sales manager to complete tasks which will expand reach across retail and wholesale channels. Put simply, we are looking for someone who is extremely motivated, innovative, charismatic, and is eager to grow with our company.
We are looking for someone who has sales skills and lots of ideas. Someone who is a go-getter/self-motivated, who’s not afraid to try new things, and is extremely personable. This person will be working directly with buyers at surf shops all over the US and helping us develop strategies so we can continue growing our wholesale channel in an organized manner. This person will be making local and digital connections, participating in daily and weekly brainstorms, and becoming part of the fam (we think hanging out is pretty mandatory for team building!) Our goal is to find someone who's the perfect fit to become a permanent part of our brand. We aim to form careers rather than short gigs. There is massive growth potential here, both in and out of sales.
We will be holding video interviews over the course of March/April, although this position is to be in-person, in-house. We are not offering any type of relocation or remote work possibility.
