We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Newport Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, who is detail orientated with excellent communication skills. Experience in action sports apparel is a major plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain positive, personable, and professional attitude towards all customers.
• Handle all inbound customer service inquiries to ensure that issues, concerns, and/or questions are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
• Assist customers via phone, email, and social media.
• Help build engagement with customers through social media.
• Communicate with the store manager and warehouse team to resolve order issues, follow up on returns, and other customer service communications.
• Go above and beyond to consistently exceed the customer’s expectations.
• Be knowledgeable about the product (fit, styles, features) in order to be able to make recommendations to customers and answer any product related questions.
• Additional duties as assigned.
