Who We Are
Our work environment is professional yet casual. A converted industrial building consisting of an open office space with plenty of natural light is home. Dress code is laidback, skate and surf videos are often playing on the TV in the lounge area and company lunches have been known to include hot sauce challenges. Our kicked back vibe should not be mistaken for a lack of hard work, however. Our team is comprised of highly motivated individuals who possess a strong work ethic and a desire to perform at their highest level.

Why We Need You
We are making moves. We need a qualified customer service representative to help support our recently expanded sales team and influx of business. This position will help capitalize on opportunities with new and existing clientele and will play a vital role in meeting revenue objectives. This is a great opportunity to grow with an expanding company.

What You Would Do
The position’s main responsibility is being the customer’s point of contact through the order life cycle. This includes discussing our various sales programs with clientele, providing price quotes, processing orders and answering questions along the way.

How You Would Succeed
A successful candidate would be great at writing professional emails clearly, concisely and with a sense of urgency, excel at managing a busy email workload, be comfortable speaking on the phone and taking in-person meetings, while also being outgoing and friendly.

A Bit More of What We Expect
• Answer all emails within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday
• Have experience managing and prioritizing a moderate to heavy email workload
• Learn our product offerings and be able to clearly communicate them to clientele
• Exercise confidence and patience working with customers to close deals
• Have experience using basic functions in Excel
• Prepare price quotes and sales orders for customer approval
• Should have at least a minimal interest in clothing and branded apparel

Salary and Benefits
Base salary dependent on experience. PTO, health insurance, profit sharing plan and occasional ping pong also apply.
