The Talent Operations Coordinator will provide day-to-day support for Talent activities in the form of data entry, process documentation, and project coordination, while also providing basic administrative support to the broader Talent organization at YETI. This position requires an individual who is organized, with strong relationship-building skills, who can consistently deliver precise and high-quality work – often under tight deadlines.



Responsibilities:


Perform day-to-day administrative tasks that ensure compliance, data accuracy and responsiveness – such as data entry into our HRIS (Paycom), managing internal/external stakeholder requests, and executing internal processes

Assist with project coordination for Talent Systems and Operations team

Execute basic system and administrative tasks such as employee position updates, including job changes, LOA processing, supervisor changes, timecard updates, unemployment claims, etc.

Effectively communicate with employees at all levels

Serve as an employee-facing point of contact for ad-hoc inquiries & communication, including the daily management of shared Talent email inbox(es)

Deliver on internal customer (Payroll, Talent Leadership, etc.) requests for data, reports, or other information

Support the Talent Operations Analyst in ongoing projects, processes, and initiatives Drive the Talent Operations processes related to New Hire Onboarding

Support the employee separation process including: compiling employee exit paperwork; processing employee separations in HRIS; and coordinating equipment return with IT partners




Qualifications and Attributes:


Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

At least 1 year of relevant experience required

Strong computer skills required, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Experience with HR Information Systems (Paycom or Workday a plus) & general systems-savviness, with the ability to quickly learn system processes & functionality

Ability to balance detail & accuracy, with speed & prioritization: history of delivering quality work

History of handling confidential and/or sensitive information preferred

Experience in an employee-facing role preferred

Project coordination experience preferred
