RETAIL MARKETING COORDINATOR

The Retail Marketing Coordinator will be working directly with the Retail Marketing Manager to build and execute a comprehensive retail marketing strategy for YETI that will serve as the global direction for the brand. We are looking for a resourceful problem solver with strong attention to detail, cross-functional collaborative skills, and a desire to contribute to a growing team. The primary responsibilities of the Retail Marketing Coordinator are to develop consistent and scalable retail assets and tools for YETI owned and wholesale retail locations. S/he will work with cross-functional partners and vendors, manage our retail asset library, implement creative briefs, expense management, and provide administrative support to the Retail Marketing leadership team.
Assist with and support with the development of evergreen and seasonal retail assets
Manage timelines, estimates and invoices, project briefs and calendar coordination
Collaboration with our internal creative team on necessary assets for campaigns
Helping to enforce Retail Brand Guidelines and ensure creative consistency across all major marketing assets developed internally and externally
Collaboration with Product, Brand Marketing, Digital, Retail, Sales, Creative and Community teams to think holistically and progressively in regard to strategy and execution for a global/multi-channel retail landscape
Ability to constantly communicate updates and status seamlessly to all stakeholders in order to maintain transparency and a team atmosphere around execution
10% or more travel with high seasonal variation
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with up to 2 years of retail experience
Proven track record leading projects and bringing teams together around common goals
Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to build strong cross-functional and team relationships
Excellent decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and excellent organization skills
Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and software programs
