The Brand Manager Lead will lead a small team of Brand Managers assigned specific marketing campaigns to quarterback from inception to execution. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy and tactics across all applicable marketing channels while maintaining open communication with all functional departments involved internally along with any agencies assisting with campaigns.


⏵ Lead a small team of Brand Managers in their efforts to plan and execute major product and seasonal launch campaigns
⏵ Responsible for managing campaign budgets
⏵ Work with creative to ensure Brand guidelines are consistent across launches
⏵ Collaborate with Product, Consumer Marketing, Digital, Media, Creative and Community Teams to think holistically and progressively around strategy, execution and demand creation
⏵ Communicate cross-functionally to maintain transparency, a cohesive team atmosphere, and drive execution
⏵ 20% or less travel

Qualifications & Attributes:

⏵ Bachelor’s Degree required
⏵ Minimum 8 years of experience managing brand campaigns and 4 years leadership
⏵ Demonstrated experience with managing complex projects
⏵ Previous experience working for a consumer brand that sells through retail environment
⏵ Ability to effectively manage project budgets
⏵ A proven track record in scaling brand strategy, while rolling up sleeves (think start up) and bringing about change and improvement
⏵ Highly organized and strong attention to detail
⏵ Excellent written and oral communication skills
⏵ Adept with navigating both internal relationships & managing external relationships with clients and vendors
⏵ Experience with various sourcing channels for print materials and fixtures
⏵ Ability to clearly articulate strategic vision and tactical execution among multiple groups
⏵ Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
⏵ Ability to give actionable feedback and direction
⏵ Ability to manage project budgets
⏵ Ability to work cross-functionally within a global environment
