Overview:

We are actively seeking a Sales Operations Manager located in Toronto, Canada who will be responsible for daily oversite and execution of supply chain and sales operations in Canada. This individual will work directly with the sales and marketing teams for YETI Canada as well as our 3rd party operational partners. The candidate will also manage various administrative functions working with the global headquarters lead for each (Facilities, Talent, IT, Legal, Distribution & Logistics).

 

Responsibilities:


Working with functional teams in the US and local partners to assess demand across multiple channels and develop detailed sales and supply forecasts.

Regularly engage with the 3rd party logistics providers to ensure inventory accuracy, labor planning efficiency, and to address irregularities in the supply chain.

Prevent inventory imbalances and work with the US team to quickly address inventory imbalances when they arise.

Maintain tracking of product from suppliers to YETI’s warehouse, and from YETI’s warehouse to customers, and help manage relationships and expectations with 3rd party logistics provider.

Ensure new inventory and customer data is accurately entered into SAP and 3rd party systems where appropriate, and ensure existing data is properly updated and maintained.

Work with the Corporate Planning to secure additional units as necessary to support growing and at times unpredictable demands.

Assist with the custom product program delivery, including the management of processes and vendors.

Coordinate ticketing and value-added-services processes for key retailers.


Qualifications and attributes:


Undergraduate degree, preferably in business or related field, from a respected academic institution required.

2-4 years of professional operations and planning experience.

Experience with an integrated ERP system required, including experience with system set-up, ongoing maintenance, and reporting capabilities (SAP experience preferred).

Experience in branded fast moving consumer goods, sold through multiple channels preferred.

Experience with US publicly traded large multi-national companies preferred.

Outstanding analytical skills, data interpretation skills, and understanding of forecast and planning processes required.

Passion for accuracy, details and is highly organized.

Mental toughness and energy to succeed in a fast paced, multiple priority projects environment required.

Effective communicator who can present complex information in a clear fashion.
