YETI is looking for a Business Operations Analyst Intern to join our Direct to Consumer team for the Summer 2020 Internship program.  Throughout the 12-week program, you will be involved in creating and arranging our business metrics that give us insight on how to drive our business in the most effective way. You will be working hand in hand with our leadership in the Direct to Consumer Channel (DTC), as well as our Contact Center, to develop user friendly dashboards and reporting.  Also, you will analyze the data for opportunities that would positively impact the Company, working with individuals to bring about that impact.

 

Responsibilities:  


Build out close-to-real-time dashboards that allow for visibility of key metrics to run specific business operations in an optimally efficient manner

Create monthly, weekly, and daily dashboards, and other reports, on key metrics for different levels of the organization

Develop dashboards for DTC leadership

Analyze data and other information to help define areas of opportunity


 

Qualifications and Attributes:


Preference will be given to students who plan on graduating in 2020 or 2021

Experience or course work in business/finance/data analytics

Ability to problem solve with high attention to detail and focused strategy

Thrives in an ever changing environment, and can multitask

Comfortable with online systems and tools (able to navigate and learn new tools quickly)

Experience or course work with:


Tableau

SAP

Salesforce

Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Outlook, Excel
