YETI is looking for a Planning Operations Intern to join our Supply Chain team for the Summer 2020 Internship program.  Throughout the 12-week program you will assist with the design of international planning processes. As YETI continues to expand globally to new countries and new markets, YETI’s Supply Chain must be the backbone behind the charge.

Responsibilities:


Assist with the design of international planning processes and metrics for the Asia Cross-dock shipping location

Produce detailed process flows and assist with training to ensure the team is prepared when the cross-dock comes online

Identify, develop and distribute metrics to measure success throughout the international planning process.




Ensure consistency and efficiency as we transition to a central shipping hub

Collaborate with the Drinkware Accessories planner to optimize the use of the MRP tool.

Review all SKUs and make recommendations for SKUs that can be managed through MRP




Provide MRP process flows, requirements and a review process to qualify SKUs to move into/out of MRP, and metrics to ensure consistency and performance.


 Qualifications & Attributes: 


Working toward an MBA degree in Supply Chain, Planning or similar (strong preference will be given to rising seniors)
