Overview:

The Senior Manager of Corporate Sales will lead YETI’s Corporate Sales inbound team as well as help drive strategic planning, measuring, monitoring metrics, and reporting for the Corporate Sales inbound team. This leader will focus on Corporate Sales call center optimization – from planning and budgeting to execution and analysis driving results within the organization.

 

Responsibilities:


Manage the overall day to day responsibilities, deliverables, and execution of the Corporate Sales inbound team including training, work force planning, infrastructure, and process to deliver a consistent customer experience worthy of the YETI brand.

Help develop and track Key Performance Indicators that drive revenue results for the call center team as well as the inbound vertical account management team.

Work closely with Project Management and IT teams to identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that extend our B2B capabilities in the call center, online, and within the inbound vertical businesses.

Coach and drive accountability across YETI Corporate Sales inbound leadership team.

Staff allocation management and headcount planning.

Communicate regularly with Corporate Sales Leadership team on task status, delivery schedules, open issues, risks and solution plans.

Lead projects as required to achieve business objectives and goals.


Qualifications and Attributes:


Bachelor’s Degree required with a graduate degree preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Sales or Business to Business (B2B) call center.

At least 4 years of experience managing teams in a customer-centric sales organization within the premium goods space.

Experience working within B2B sales or functions preferred.

Experience working within a high growth business to deliver results on time and within budget.

Strong management skills and ability to motivate a team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interface well with all levels, including senior leadership.

Results driven, proactive, positive attitude, accountable and drives projects and tasks from assignment to completion.

Proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Ability to escalate risks and problems/solutions to Director of Corporate Sales appropriately and transparently.

Experience working with Salesforce & PowerPoint is required.
