As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be working on a team that is responsible for collecting internal sales data, proactively analyzing critical trends and presenting those trends to the sales organization with proposed directional changes.
Work closely with the wholesale and corporate sales teams to understand the needs of the business and develop tools to help manage and grow account base
Query, mine, and organize data from YETI’s systems and other data repositories to accurately perform analyses
Deliver on-time and accurate reporting and analysis on cadence to support business needs
Provide ad hoc reporting for the wholesale and corporate sales channels
Responsible for developing and maintaining wholesale’s Tiering database and reporting
Perform routine maintenance and data analytics on Trading Post, YETI’s online dealer portal as well as the Locally platform
Qualifications and Attributes:
Experience with SAP preferred
Experience with Tableau preferred
Experience with Salesforce preferred
Highly detail oriented with a strong mathematical aptitude
Top notch communication, extremely organized, exemplary time management skills
An Excel super user, expertise in Microsoft Word, expertise in PowerPoint
Self-starter, able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment with a natural ownership mentality
Fearless – have courage to drive change
