The Sales Operations Analyst I plays an integral part in driving sales by managing orders successfully through the order pipeline. This person will work within CRM reports to identify orders in issue statuses and then fix them. The position will rely heavily upon reporting, analysis, and data entry to identify order issues. Once issues have been identified, this person will create, present to leadership, and execute the fix. The Sales Operations Analyst I will work with internal customers on the Corporate Sales team such as managers, vertical team members, and inbound reps to resolve issues through emails and meetings. This role is primarily focused on resolving stale orders within the pipeline.
Provide ad hoc reporting as needed on order pipeline issues
Edit and fix orders within Salesforce and SAP to move them through pipeline
Liaise with internal teams on order issues or system errors stopping orders
Compile and evaluate data and stale order trends
Serve as point of contact for the Production and Planning Team
Qualifications and Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years of relevant experience
Ability to solve problems quickly and flexibility to change priorities as business needs change.
Intermediate Excel skills are required
Salesforce or CRM experience, SAP experience a plus
