The eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager will own all digital marketing functions and support the deployment for the YETI Canada website. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to drive conversion and continual improvement across our digital marketing and website.

Responsibilities:


A self-starter, deep passion for the consumer, and a desire to propel growth within the eCommerce and digital marketing functions

Lead the charge with digitally integrated campaign launches ensuring timely assets

Develop and own the fully integrated digital marketing strategy including performance marketing channels, email, SEO and content

Collaborate with internal analytics peers and agency partners to define measurement best practices, ROAS, KPIs, and benchmarking

Regular reporting to key stakeholders on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and website performance

Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technology to identify opportunities to grow the eCommerce channel and drive online sales performance

Brief-in campaigns in line with integrated marketing calendar, and work with digital partners in the optimization of campaigns

Utilize web analysis to identify actionable improvements that can be made on the websites to further drive conversions and manage the changes through end to end

Work collaboratively to monitor and maintain stock levels across the website

Support rigorous analysis of marketing plan results and recommendations for future programming enhancements

Manage relationships with key digital marketing vendors and partners

Support development and execution of growth plan – this includes crafting strategy and oversight of execution in partnership with key agency partners

Understand and champion regional nuances in content development




Qualifications and Attributes:


Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or communications

At least 8 years of relevant experience in the eCommerce and digital marketing

Possess a digital-first and analytical mindset

Bilingual in English and Québécois considered an asset

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are an exceptional collaborator

Ability to deliver results in evolving framework with shifting priorities and technology

Strong proficiency and understanding of Google Analytics and Tableau

Proven experience in digital marketing including Paid Search, Social, Display, and Affiliate marketing

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
