The eCommerce UX Writer will improve site experiences, features, and product content based on data provided from research to enhance the YETI eCommerce customer experience. Using your expertise, you will audit and improve the current site’s content and work with the Product Category, SEO, Design, Research, and Brand teams to constantly iterate and improve new features and content for customer readability.



Responsibilities:


Ownership of website copy: Review current and future website content and rewriting when needed, constantly writing with the customer in mind

Work with product category owners to ensure accurate information is communicated to the customer and at the appropriate time

Partner with designers and researchers to create and test experiences and features through A/B testing, usability testing, and other methodologies to validate customer acceptance

Consult SEO to ensure best practices are addressed in all content

Collaborate with the brand copywriters to ensure brand voice is consistently upheld

Audit the current website content to ensure proper product education at key moments

Maintain a global mindset and translate experiences to Spanish

Be able to present your writing to key stakeholders

Continuously prioritize and recommend copywriting opportunities




Qualifications and Attributes:


At least 2 years of experience UX Writing experience. eCommerce website experience preferred

Fluent writing in English and Spanish

Understanding of SEO content best practices

Experience partnering closely and aligning with technical, research, and creative teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present strong rationale for decisions

Strong attention to detail
