The Corporate and Inside Sales Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of Corporate Sales and Wholesale initiatives and establishing strong internal and external relationships. The Corp Sales and Inside Sales Project Manager will report into April Stevens, Director, Sales. This position will be responsible for overseeing the process by which all projects are managed, tracked and reported. This position will maintain a strategic view of all Sales initiatives, their prioritization, and value contribution towards the organization’s objectives. The Project Manager will work with business owners such as Customization, IT, Finance, Credit, Marketing, Supply Chain and outside vendors as required
Create long and short term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from defining business objectives and project plan tasks to managing successful execution and deployment
Communicate with Corporate Sales and Inside Sales Leadership teams to keep projects aligned with implementation timing and goals.
Guide project teams in meetings and process of prioritize desired initiatives against complexity and capacity of resources
Serve as business partner and point of contact between multiple internal and external teams, including but not limited to: Customization, Supply Chain planning, Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Customer Experience Group.
Facilitate meetings, workshops and collaboration sessions and push execution and alignment on organizational initiatives
Monitor and track progress for external and internal stakeholders, report weekly to leadership and draft PowerPoint decks for initiatives
Ensure deliverables are on track and deadlines are met while communicating project risks and risk mitigation plans
Motivating people involved in project to complete tasks on time
Qualifications and Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree required
At least 4 years of experience
At least 2 years of Project Management
Microsoft Power Point & Excel competency required
Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework, PMP preferred
Experience with Salesforce or SAP preferred
Experience with Project Management software - preference for Smart Sheets
Verbal and written communication
Organizational and logistics skills
Strong attention to detail
Proactive critical thinking
