Join YETI leading the transformation and operations of our SAP systems that support the core of our business (Finance, Operations, Procurement, etc.). This role is key to achieving that vision.



The journey has started with implementing S/4 Hana (v1909). This role will accelerate and expand the roadmap and solution eco-system while building/recruiting the skills and internal intellectual capital to evolve the overall strategy and platform. The individual selected for this role is an important thought partner to internal functions as we expand our capabilities globally. In addition, this role will also be accountable for managing the strategic partnership with SAP and other partners to ensure products and services align with our strategy and vision.

This role is a part of the Technology leadership team, responsible for defining, building and executing Technology services and operations that optimize service delivery and support business strategies across YETI. You'll be responsible for establishing internal service models, long-term roadmaps, and providing measurements of business value achievement along with operating efficiency for the SAP solution ecosystem.



Responsibilities:


Establish SAP solutions roadmap aligned to business requirements, strategy and transformation initiatives

Collaborate with Business Partners to evolve and design solutions to meet current and future needs

Partner with other Technology leaders to implement new platforms, develop custom applications, modernize integration.

Work closely with the compliance team and cyber security to ensure applications are securely designed, configured, and delivered to thwart cyber threats and ensure compliance with privacy and legal requirements (SOX, etc.)

Evolve and strengthen the SAP data management strategy and associated roadmap

Work closely with strategic application vendors (SAP, SAP HEC, SPS Commerce, Infosys, etc.) to ensure product & service quality, SLA performance, and to influence future roadmaps

Manage demand across SAP solutions and services

Mentor applications resources to develop, evangelize, and expose the value of revised operating model and services

Establish and execute on a strategic resourcing plan to ensure critical intellectual capital/subject matter expertise as YETI expand the use of the related platforms

Manage and operate SAP solutions within financial budgets




Qualifications and Attributes:


At least 10 years of hands-on experience working with SAP technologies in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment

At least 6 years of team leadership experience defining/delivering SAP applications, including at least 4 in an enterprise or corporate domain (i.e. finance, operations, supply chain, etc.)

Familiarity and expertise with existing/future SAP tech stack/platforms: i.e. SAP S/4HANA, SAP Solution manager, SAP BPC, etc.

Proven track record of evolving an SAP landscape to deliver global business results

Hands-on, practical experience with building end to end business process solutions leveraging SAP technology and applications

Experience with cloud native solutions and architectures as well as cloud security principles

Strong customer facing experience with the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical leaders at all levels

Demonstrated ability to successfully manage/leverage 3rd parties to deliver on commitments/strategies

Demonstrated ability to build and execute a resource strategy

Demonstrated financial management in operations, service management, and business case development

Demonstrate ability to collaborate and team build across entities to achieve results

Clear written and verbal communication

Demonstrated ability to drive, deliver, and inspire team results

High energy level and flexibility to meet a variety of demands while producing superior work products at accelerated pace

A proven track record of success in a business functional role (finance, operations, etc.)

Demonstrable history in a global corporate environment, driving results across multiple business elements with different priorities and governance

A proven track record of evolving and transforming solutions to support the organizations strategy
