TheECommOrderOperations Analyst plays an integral part in driving sales by managing orders successfully through the various order pipelines. This person will be part of a team working withinvarious multi-platformreports to identify orders in issue statuses and then fix them. The position will rely heavily upon reporting, analysis, and data entry to identify order issues. Once issues have been identified, this person will create, present to leadership, and execute thesolutions with consideration to business needs and the customer experience. TheECommOrderOperations Analyst will workcross-functionally and representtheDTCteamwithIT,operations, logistics, and production teamsto resolve issues through emails and meetings. This role is primarily focused onensuring the volume of orders placed on YETI.com flow properly through the pipeline to completion.



Responsibilities:


Provide ad hoc reporting as needed on order pipeline issues

Edit and fix orders within Salesforce and SAP to move them through pipeline

Liaise with internal teams on order issues or system errors stopping orders

Compile and evaluate dataforstale, delayed, or brokenorder trends

Identify large orders and monitor for discount abuse or fraud

Serve as point of contact for theIT,Production, Operations, Allocation, andPlanning Teams




Qualifications and Attributes:


Bachelor’s degree required

At least 2-4 years of relevant experience

Detail-oriented

Ability to solve problems quickly and flexibility to change priorities as business needs change.

Intermediate Excel skills are required

SalesforceexperienceandSAP experiencerequired

Tableau experience is a plus
