Job Description

Saint Archer is in search of a Human Resource Associate to join the team in San Diego, CA.

POSITION SUMMARY //
The role of the Human Resource Associate is to deliver HR strategies and services within Saint Archer to effectively build the organizational capability required to achieve business goals and imperatives. The HR Associate will provide thought leadership in the development of organizational capability through effective change management, talent management, employee relationship management and performance management. The Associate HR Manager will partner with top leaders within Saint Archer and provide dedicated support to the Leadership Team and employees within Saint Archer.

This role will report directly to the Director of Finance but will work directly with Tenth and Blake HR business partner.

Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by any person authorized to give instructions or assignments. Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS //
- Manages multiple competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment Maintain highly confidential information
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills
- Capability to analyze complex information requests and determining complex trends
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 2010 and ability to quickly learn internal HR systems
- Ability to develop relationships and leverage internal resources to solve problems
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and identify potential conflicts
- Highly organized and pro-active
- Assist in the support, planning and coordination of HR policies and practices
-Assist with coordination and hosting of new hire orientations
-Manages HR calendar for Saint Archer, including timing and deliverables
-Manages all aspects of the hiring process including, offers, background, drug screens.
-Assist in management of employee relations issues i.e. disciple, safety, policy and procedure administrations and compliance.
-Ensure timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly, semi-monthly, & monthly payrolls.
-Research and troubleshoot system payroll issues
-Audit/Analyze/Determine/React in majority of the steps in the payroll process.
-Possess working knowledge of company policies (as they relate to payroll and time & attendance) and ensure they are followed.
-Post, balance and reconcile payrolls involving Ceridian and SAP systems.
-Educate employees, managers and Human Resources team member on wage and hour laws, compliance, and internal & external policy changes.
-Responsible for the day to day administration of Saint Archers benefits plan
-Provide impute into the annual enrollment process
-Produce and conduct employee meetings on benefits as required
-Saint Archer benefits expert.
-Provide administrative support to the HR/Finance function, which may include the following activities: Preparing complex and highly confidential correspondence and reports
-Manages multiple competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment Maintain highly confidential information.
-Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills
-Capability to analyze complex information requests and determining complex trends
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required - Human Resources or Business Administration major is preferred
