Lifestylez is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer to help build, maintain and create content across our brands.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and self-motivated Graphic Designer who can understand and relate to the needs of our unique brand. We’d also love for you to share our passion for skiing, snowboarding and the outdoors!
This position is located in Southern California in the charming surf town, San Clemente. Candidate must be located in San Clemente or within 40 miles away and have the ability to work in the Lifestylez office (ocean views included).
Key Responsibilities
• Production and development of digital content for social media and promotions
• Assistance with production and layout of marketing emails and social media graphics
• Work with appropriate teams to implement appropriate materials into the sites
Qualifications
• 3+ years’ experience in graphic design
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, graphic design, multi-media or related field
• Proficiency with WordPress development
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite - Mobile application development and design experience with InDesign a plus
• Must have an understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior and the ability to apply that knowledge to
design
• Flash, Action Script 3, HTML, Illustration, UI Development, Java Script, SEO/CSS knowledge, and photography and
photo editing skills are a plus
Professional Skills:
• Highly motivated, self-managing, self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines, but can also
work well as part of a collaborative team
• Team player with an extremely positive and upbeat attitude
• Strong organizational skills with attention to details is a must
• Ability to take critique, criticism, and instruction well and apply suggestions appropriately
