Galardi Group Inc. is the parent firm of the three QSR Brands Wienerschnitzel, Hamburger Stand, and Tastee Freez. We are located in central Orange County, California and we are seeking Activation Manager.

Our ideal candidate must be a brand advocate with a passion to get others excited about being a fan of our restaurants through activations. The main responsibility is finding ways to drive the next generation of fans to enjoy our restaurants.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Set strategy on activations for maximum fan engagement
• Supervise, manage and develop the activation team and agencies.
• Coordinate and manage the activations at all events including but not limited to music festivals, sponsored events (motorcross, surfing, skate, etc.), and other collaborative/brand partnership activities.
• Negotiate event sponsorships and other activation deals.
• Coordinate and leverage event presence needs to build relationships with other attractive lifestyle brands.
Skills and Specifications:
• Strong event management skills in planning, execution and post-event evaluation
• Creativity, flexibility and an ability to manage and reset priorities in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and understand when to escalate potential issues
• Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities
• Highly focused on organization and attention to detail
• Highly motivated self-starter, with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to optimize each activation through content creation for use in social media channels.
• Not adverse to wearing Hot Dog mascot costume, if needed.
