Inside Sales & Support:
In this position, you'll be the main point-of-contact for retailers and the Sales Managers, providing general support including order management, on boarding, pricing, and overall customer service. The primary goal is to provide a great customer experience, consistent communication and guidance to Sales Managers, and to collaborate with Territory Managers and retailers to fulfill sales program orders. Provide best-in-class pre and post-sale service to retailers and consumers according to established company guidelines. This includes technical product inquiry response, in-store management and pro-active outbound communication to monitor and ensure retailer and consumer satisfaction with their brand experience, surpassing our prescribed service levels.
