We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Marketing who thrives on competing in both the ecommerce space, as well as traditional retail platforms. International experience is very desirable. The combination of strong brand development, and the execution of performance marketing initiatives yields powerful results. The ideal candidate thrives on a complete and constant approach to marketing.

This position is full-time and will report to the company’s CEO.


⏵ Develop, lead and execute the brand positioning and marketing strategy across all consumer touchpoints

⏵ Responsible for the development and the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, communications and creative, that support our brand across all markets and lines of business

⏵ Develop innovative methodologies that merge inspired creativity with data-informed risk-taking

⏵ Ensure all lines of business and product marketing efforts are brand-consistent

⏵ Own and efficiently scale a multi-million-dollar budget, allocating spend and optimizing a blend of channels to achieve budgeted growth targets.

⏵ Manage marketing budgets, media planning and buying — including paid search, paid social (FB, IG, Pinterest, Snap, YouTube), podcast, TV, influencers, and direct mail

⏵ Drive improvements in sales conversion, translating to increases in customer acquisition, retention and up/cross-sales

⏵ Manage campaign budgets with transparent reporting on spend performance, efficiency, and progress toward growth goals

⏵ Exceptional analytical skills – you’re able to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data, formulate and test hypotheses, synthesize your findings and draw insightful conclusions that you can translate into results

⏵ Oversee the development and execution of product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies to produce the highest possible long-term market share

⏵ Manage master calendar of marketing activities to ensure a seamless multi-channel experience

⏵ Lead a results-oriented Marketing team to achieve the highest level of competition and performance

⏵ Foster a positive working relationship with key internal stakeholders, and ensure alignment with our business goals and objectives

⏵ Collaborate with internal and external peers and partners to ensure a holistic and effective strategic marketing approach

⏵ Stay abreast of trends, retail competition and adjacent brands

⏵ Support retail sales development and international brand expansion


⏵ Bachelor’s Degree and/or MBA in Marketing or related disciplines

⏵ Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing, with experience in a direct to consumer retail environment

⏵ Demonstrated experience in setting and achieving both short and long-term priorities and goals

⏵ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

⏵ Excellent organization and project management skills

⏵ Strong leadership profile with an emphasis in driving organizational performance
