Altra is a premium running footwear company headquartered in Logan, Utah – in the epicenter of Utah’s outdoor industry.
We have an immediate opening for a Creative Director to join our brand. It’s an incredible opportunity for the right person.
Responsibilities include:
• Lead content creation by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and inspire the design team both by example of work ethic and creative vision.
• Manage the production process, leading and fostering productivity, quality, and brand standards; resolving operational problems and identifying work process improvements.
• Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Brand Manager to manage all outward facing elements to the brand
• Work with the Brand Manager to determine production schedules by conferring with designers, copywriting, and sales/RD departments; outlining basic presentation concepts and coordinating creative activities.
• Create and determine the working process with deadlines, presentations and review sessions with creative team.
• Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; recommending changes to creative, copy writing, and production departments.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations and being up to date in the world of design and creative marketing.
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Work closely with outside photographers and videographers to create relevant assets needed for all creative creation.
• Lead the design process for tradeshows and consumer based events.
• Lead the print media process including consumer and retailer catalog, print marketing and advertising.
