Job Description

TOBE is looking for a motivated individual to be our Inside Sales Rep at our office in Denver, Colorado.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class retailer sales and customer service support on a daily basis.
- Sell TOBE products via phone, email and web chat with end consumers.
- Connect inbound consumers with retailers near them and on the web.
- Engage prospective and existing retailers with compelling information and stories about our full product line.
- Organize and attend consumer marketing and trade show events with TOBE staff.
- Set up new retailer and consumer accounts, tracking the customer and maintaining meaningful regular follow up contact.
- Analyze and resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide follow-up customer service to dealers and consumers about order status.
- Meet sales and performance standards and quotas using approved sales techniques.
- Support VP of Sales and field sales reps in the growth and overall management of their territories across North America.
- Assist retailers with inventory analysis and make suggestions for improving inventory.
- Administrative duties, such as managing orders, backorders, resolving shipping errors, processing returns, warranties and general sales administration as needed.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working for a snowmobile/ski/snowboard dealer, retailer or brand.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines by prioritizing workloads.
- Strong computer skills (PC/Mac, Microsoft Office, Google Drive)
- Possess excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
- A passport and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- A self-starter with problem solving skills.
- Must have a courteous, friendly, enthusiastic, professional demeanor that acts as a team player in a fast paced environment.
- A passion for winter sports!
