Together, We Can Make a Difference:? Parks Project takes the concept of giving back to nature and applies a dash of environmental social enterprise. As a for profit business, we use the sale of an array of apparel and accessories to connect consumers with park conservancies. Each product purchased contributes directly to one of over 40 different conservancies across the USA, providing vital funding for the ongoing care of National Parks.?

Ideal candidate will have experience in Logistics and has worked directly with sales teams, production, accounting, and fulfillment to ensure customer service, revenue and profit objectives are achieved.

The main functions of this position will include but are not limited to:

-- Own every aspect of inbound logistics - data entry in ERP and internal trackers, vendor coordination/WIP management and communication with 3PL
-- Perform cost analysis of inbound carriers and research cost friendly solutions that can scale the business
-- Develop and upkeep SOPs for inbound logistics, vendor logistics guidelines and chargeback policies and train vendors and 3PL on existing SOPs
-- Own style data management - responsible for creating new styles and upkeep existing styles in ERP system
-- Own UPC assignment and UPC ordering process across sales channels
-- Own Inventory Management in ERP and responsible for inventory transfers across sales channels
-- Supervise daily order execution at 3PL. Responsible for backorder management and weekly open orders review
-- Supervise international orders execution and project manage issues with Global E
-- Responsible for compiling and sharing 3PL Forecast monthly
-- Own month 3PL KPI analysis to review 3PL performance and identify areas of improvement
The Stuff that Makes U You:
- Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree operations or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years logistics management and operations experience within Apparel or CPG industry
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of google Docs / MS Office
- Apparel Magic system experience preferred or equivalent ERP with emphasis inventory management
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, present and communicate effectively to senior management, peers, and team members
- A collaborative, and data driven problem solver
- Hybrid/Remote role
- Candidate must reside in the greater LA/OC area

Salary: $65 - $80K depending on experience
