We are a well established brand in the Creative/Art Supply Category. Our supplies are manufactured in Europe and sold worldwide. Our core brand is the leading brand within the category and has seen explosive growth in the United States over the last 8 years.

We are looking for the right person to oversee and manage online sales channels which include Direct to Consumer, Wholesale site and some 3rd Party Marketplace. You will be working with our established team in a new role for the company. Your primary responsibilities will include merchandising all noted properties, regular reporting to help grow sales, working with our marketing team to ensure retail and 3rd party marketplace strategies are implemented and working with our sales team to ensure wholesale strategies are implemented. Your experience and background should include some marketing, an understanding of online business management and comfortable with some potential light coding and image/design work. The primary focus of this role is store management and implementing channel growth strategies and then support with miscellaneous needs. This role will report to multiple directors.

General Responsibilities:

- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
- Work with developers to improve website speed
- Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
- Lead redesigning/theming website initiative
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
- Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve kpis
- Manage and oversee website uploads and landing pages development based on content calendar
- Help drive the sales performance of the e-commerce platforms
- Executing Marketing strategies on-site
- Working to ensure good customer service and implementing necessary solutions as needed
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
