Job Description

LA Based Men's Contemporary Streetwear line is currently seeking well qualified and experienced sales professionals to become a part of our Sales team.

The job of an independent Sales Rep is to maintain and grow business with current customers, and gain new business by identifying opportunities.

Applicants should possess the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of personalities, working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Well qualified individuals will have at least 2-3 years of sales experience within the streetwear industry with established relationships for boutiques, multi-door retailers, online retailers and big box retailers.

An Independent Sales Rep must be a self-starter, capable of working independently, possess good presentation, and negotiation skills, problem solving and most importantly, the ability to close a sale.

Job Requirements

The Essential Functions of this Role:
- Build strong customer relationships to generate new and repeat sales.
- Implement and execute strategic plans, policies, and procedures to promote revenue growth from new as well as existing accounts.
- Constantly find new ways to increase sales.
- Provide and oversee customer service to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Generate and increase sales and brand awareness.
- Attend national/ regional tradeshows and sales meetings.
- Schedule seasonal product showings and meet pre-book deadlines.
- Understand market trends, sell-thru data and sales forecasts.

Education/ Qualifications:
- Results-orientated track record of exceeding goals.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal, and communication skills including presentation skills.
- Ability to travel.
- Experience with BrandBoom is a plus.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and independently with a positive attitude.
