Role:
The West Coast Sales Representative will manage independent, regional, national and ecommerce accounts for the following states: CA, WA, OR, NV, AR, CO, NM, UT, ID, WY, MT, AK and HI. This role reports to the Vice President of Global Sales.
Responsibilities:
• Provide the highest level of service and expertise each season from sell-in to sell-through
• Achieve sales goals for the West Coast territory as defined by Vice President of Global Sales
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts
• Manage accounts through business planning, inventory control and analysis
• Deliver all forecasts and orders to appropriate parties before or on booking deadlines
• Work with Field Merchandising Manager and Director of Customer Success to develop account specific execution strategies
• End to end account management
• Work cross functionally across departments to deliver the highest level of service to accounts, across all touch points with the company
• Create and maintain required reports to proactively manage business
• Provide expert product knowledge and training to accounts and sales associates via presentations and clinics
• Stay abreast of marketplace changes and competitors to effectively develop and modify strategies
• Be an expert brand ambassador
