Role:
The Wholesale Retail Analyst will lead the adoption of analytics for the PLAE Wholesale business and provide wholesale retail sell-through expertise and analysis. This position reports to the Director of Customer Success.

Responsibilities:
• Formulate strategies, conduct analytics and communicate recommendations for Strategic Accounts
• Use a combination of quantitative and qualitative insights to identify opportunities and make recommendations
• Identify emerging trends and/or patterns in data to inform key insights
• Work with Director of Customer Success, Sales Managers, Field Merchandising Manager and Supply Chain to develop account specific strategies
• Create key performance dashboards and reporting processes
• Prepare reports, analyzing performance using key drivers
• Establish and provide store analytics to Field Merchandising Manager to properly direct store visit priorities
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop processes to turn insights into action and identify triggers
• Work with Operations department to solidify seasonal forecasting
• Embed the use of customer analytics in the decision-making process
• Stay abreast of marketplace shifts and competitors to effectively develop and modify strategies
