Job Description

Griffin Technology is looking for full-time, entry level Help Desk Support talent to work at our Nashville office. The Help Desk Support will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to hardware, software, and other computer systems. They will provide support to end users by isolating problems, running diagnostics, and implementing solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support and assistance to employees for hardware, software, and basic networking issues
· Create standard operating procedures for computer and software use
· Provide basic training to user
· Maintain client based software and hardware to minimize down time.
· Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
· Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), and other systems
· Install computer peripherals for users
· Follow up with end users to ensure issues have been resolved in a timely manner
· Proactively monitor endpoints for security and efficiency
· Provide general direction and guidance for information technology initiatives
· Manage and track all hardware and software related assets through Software Asset Management (SAM) program(s).


Job Requirements

Qualifications:
· Required- This position requires full-time hours in our Nashville office. Remote work is not an option.
· Required- Bachelor’s Degree
· Ability to multi-task in a high-energy, fast paced environment while staying focused
· Previous experience in an IT support position
