-- Aid the Marketing Manager in the day-to-day creation and management of graphic, video and photo requests for the marketing department
-- Manage all creative requests and ensure their timely completion by coordinating all aspects including (but not limited to): casting, location selection, contractors like videographers/photographers and graphic designers.
-- Coordinate projects for freelance videographers, photographers and graphic designers.
-- Manage digital assets (photos, videos, graphics) and serve as point person for collecting and organizing media for a wide variety of use within the digital team.
-- Create and follow up on internal paperwork, contracts and releases.
-- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with vendors, participants, contractors and team against tight deadlines.
-- Ensure creative needs are clearly communicated and met for each project.
-- Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to think quickly amidst changing circumstances.
-- Help ensure consistency behind our company’s brand image.
