American Joe, Inc (american-joe.com) and Love Reusable Bags, Inc (lovebags.com) is seeking an experienced, full-time Bookkeeper to join the team in Costa Mesa, CA.
POSITION SUMMARY //
The successful candidate must be detail oriented, proactive, self-starter, diligent on follow up and be able to work independently on multiple tasks at once. We're a small company, so we're looking for a great positive "can do" attitude and the ability to pitch in and work as a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES //
Responsibilities include recording all accounting transactions via Quickbooks iCloud and maintain general ledger and sub-ledgers, all bank and PayPal transactions and reconciliation, manage all deposits, checks, and credit card activity. Manage and record A/R and A/P and sales tax filing. Manage P&L and balance sheet statements including P&L by class, budgeting, forecasting, and performing revenue and cost analysis. Manage Inventory and interface with 3PL warehouse. Additionally, interface with our team and factories in China and maintain accurate records of shipments, invoicing, and collections. Lastly, some order entry, invoicing, and custom service.
