We are currently looking for seasoned, well established Independent Sales Reps in the following U.S. territories:

• TALO (Texas, Alabama, Louisiana, Oklahoma)
• Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri

Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly basis
• Open new accounts in assigned region
• Work with the Sales Manager on a daily basis to keep them up to date on their territory
• Evaluate and suggest accounts for financial growth and market strength
• Visit accounts regularly to check inventory and solicit purchase orders
• Educate and inform accounts on the White Sierra brand, news, events & promotions
• Perform retail sales clinics for all accounts
• Attend all outdoor industry buying shows in territory

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Rep
• Working knowledge of the outdoor industry REQUIRED
• Established Sales Agency – not necessary but will be more favorably considered
• Consistent demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in an autonomous environment with minimal direction or supervision
• Ability to prioritize daily, weekly and monthly workload

Compensation: Commission based position.
