CUrl Surf Shop is in search of a Store Manager to lead the team at our new retail location in Anaheim, CA.
About CUrl Surf //
CURL SURF is an industry leading high-energy high volume surf fashion lifestyle store catering to people from all over the world. We are opening a new store in Anaheim. Located at Downtown Disney Disneyland and we are looking to fill several positions to staff the store.
Position Summary //
The Store Manager will run the daily operations of the store including hiring and managing staff, upkeep of inventory, monitoring sales activity, and communicating all necessary needs to Senior Management.
Position Responsibilities //
• Give all guests prompt and courteous service.
• Prepares work schedules and assists in directing team members to specific duties.
• Prepares and monitors employee sales goals and rewards.
• Prepares weekly time clock reports.
• Coordinates sales promotion activities and prepares, or directs workers preparing merchandise displays and signage.
• Answers guest’s complaints or inquiries.
• Executes the expectations required for a Store Manager as outlined by Company .
• Maintains inventory and cash controls to include enforcement of all company policies and procedures.
• Proactively recruits, review resumes, and interviews, potential new store Team Members.
• Train, maintain, and supervise store staff through a hands-on & hard-working approach
• Executes Marketing and image of the retail shop
• Provide customer service that exceeds customer expectations
• Create a consistent positive work environment that increases productivity and enhances the customer experience
• Monitors compliance of team members with established security, sales, safety and record keeping procedures and practices.
• Opening and closing of daily shift drawers and preparing and sending all accounting reports.
