Innovative Systems LLC, the developer behind the ERP system Full Circle, is looking for a self-motivated problem solver that loves to work directly with people. Your ability to quickly and accurately diagnose answers to the questions at hand allows for the upmost positive customer experience. You thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Customer Service above all
• Fielding Support Calls and Emails
• Troubleshooting
• Vetting new functionality
• Updating user manuals
• Entering programming tickets
• Add information to the knowledge base
• Ability to convey complex solutions and turn them into simple but complete solutions to the customers
About Us:
Innovative Systems was formed in 1994 to support the legacy ERP system Richter and then introduced Full Circle in 2001. We solely develop, maintain, and support the Full Circle Enterprise and Full Circle Lite Applications. Our customer base is an eclectic range of apparel, footwear, and accessory manufactures from action sports to high end fashion. We offer an extremely competitive benefits package with medical, dental, vision, and paid time off (PTO). Full time hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday with little to no overtime.
