Job Description

Pacific Manufacturing is searching for an entry level Production and Logistics Coordinator to join our San Diego team. As a rapidly growing sock sourcing and development company we are constantly evolving, therefore our ideal candidate is entrepreneurial by nature, organized, pragmatic, and self motivated with exceptional problem solving skills. In this position you’ll have a chance to work with awesome brands within the action sports, lifestyle, outdoor, fitness and running markets.


RESPONSIBILITIES //

• Provide daily information and status updates regarding samples and production to clients and/or sales teams.
• Schedule and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
• Monitor and supply overseas inventory levels to customers.
• Create and maintain style information in our ERP system
• Enter and maintain purchase and sales orders within our ERP system.
• Monitor and maintain QC/QA reporting.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting for forecasting and demand planning
• Complete various administrative office tasks as necessary

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS //
• Ability to connect with customers, understand their challenges and help deliver positive solutions.
• Ability to recognize and innovate better ways to accomplish daily tasks.
• Ability to effectively work on multiple projects within time constraints and deadlines.
• Possess excellent analytical, organizational, written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically, Word, Outlook and most importantly Excel.
• Experience with project management software and any apparel ERP systems a plus.
• 1-2 years working experience in an office environment.
