Position Overview:
Our Field Service Rep will be an important position for the overall success of our sales team. Our Field Service Rep is responsible for support of the buy-sell cycle (prospect, plan, sell and service) with retail accounts and Territory Sales Reps in the assigned territory. Emphasis will be placed on assisting, supporting and increasing Sales and Service. This will include sales support and some business development in the following market segments: sports dealers including run specialty, outdoor, soccer, ski, non-sport dealers including department stores, comfort shoe, etc., industrial accounts – both direct accounts and dealers, and other accounts as assigned. This person will also be responsible for brand performance at “select” retail locations in the territory, including National and/or Multi-Region Accounts. Regional and national travel is required.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- This is an entry-level sales position.
- Some sales experience in retail or wholesale is preferred.
- Experience in footwear or other consumer focused service roles a plus.

Candidates residing in the Bay area preferred.
