Summary
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations and options.
• Support Sales directives, manage sales strategies, receive and enter sales orders.
• Build Retail and Dealer relationships as well as Consumer engagement.
• Individual must reside in the Boise, Idaho area. This is a 9-5, Monday through Friday salary position. Will include additional time for events and travel.
General Accountabilities
• Provides excellent customer service, information about products or services, takes or enters orders, supports sales strategies and programs.
• Travels and attends select Mountain Bike events to promote DEITY philosophy and products.
• Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area.
• Must exhibit exceptional proactive work ethic, attention to detail and drive to self improve.
• Develop long term customer relations.
• Monitor, interact and support social media customer support.
• Maintains customer contact to give updates on progress of sales request.
• Refers customer issues to designated departments for resolution.
• Processes orders, credits, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices and other related paperwork.
• Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Engages with consumers to offer support, guidance, service, and to spread the passion of DEITY.
