⏵ Provide exceptional customer service and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations and options.

⏵ Support Sales directives, manage sales strategies, receive and enter sales orders.

⏵ Build Retail and Dealer relationships as well as Consumer engagement.

⏵ Individual must reside in the Boise, Idaho area. This is a 9-5, Monday through Friday salary position. Will include additional time for events and travel.
General Accountabilities

⏵ Provides excellent customer service, information about products or services, takes or enters orders, supports sales strategies and programs.

⏵ Travels and attends select Mountain Bike events to promote DEITY philosophy and products.

⏵ Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.

⏵ Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area.

⏵ Must exhibit exceptional proactive work ethic, attention to detail and drive to self improve.

⏵ Develop long term customer relations.

⏵ Monitor, interact and support social media customer support.

⏵ Manage communications on forums and leading MTB media sites.

⏵ Maintains customer contact to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service request.

⏵ Refers customer issues to designated departments for resolution.

⏵ Processes orders, credits, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices and other related paperwork.

⏵ Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

⏵ Engages with consumers to offer support, guidance, service, and to spread the passion of DEITY.

Job Qualifications

⏵ Education: High school diploma or equivalent

⏵ College Degree or some college experience encouraged but not required

⏵ Experience: 2-4 years of related experience

⏵ Knowledge of the Mountain Bike Industry, products and culture

⏵ Excellent verbal and written communication

⏵ Service orientation

⏵ Critical thinking

⏵ Active listening

⏵ Ability to multi task
